CARBON AND VARNISH REMOVER
DESCRIPTION :
UPS F. 813 is having biphasic efficient fast acting formulating to remove carbon, gum deposits, varnish and other soils from pistons, valves and other motor parts.
With its biphasic action UPS F. 813 serves many solutions to the problem which cannot be solved by others.
The top layer acts as a corrosion inhibitor to the applied surface and also prevent the evaporation of the layer. The bottom layer acts as a remover.
De – carbonization of accumulated parts is often the most baffling cleaning faced by most of the engine repairing work shops. For this solution is which softens the carbon on any metal surface In short time.

De–carbonization can be done mainly by dipping process. Place all the part to be de carbonized in a tank containing a mesh basket.
The usual soaking period is 1 to 2 hours, it varies with the degree of carbon deposition on the surface. For heavy deposits, it is preferable to soak overnight.
When the surface has been de-carbonized or softened, rinse the parts with water to remove the chemicals form the surface.
